Warranty Policy - for defects in materials or workmanship
We believe strongly in the quality of our sleds. Hammerhead sleds come with a one year warranty that the sleds are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they prove otherwise, we will repair or replace them, at our option, without charge to the owner. This warranty does not apply to sleds used in any rental program, nor does it cover normal wear and tear such as ski wear or damage caused by abuse or neglect. All returns must have a return authorization number;  Please call the Warranty Department at (802) 425 6300 or email warranty@cherrymaxsleds.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Part Replacement Policy - keep it local 
Most Hammerhead parts - lost or broken - can be easily replaced by the onwer or your authorized Hammerhead dealer.  Help save energy and the environment, by not shipping the sleds for easy repairs or replacement parts.  Contact your dealer or CherryMax to learn how - 802.425.6300 or warranty@cherrymaxsleds.com .

Warranty Replacement Procedure 
1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting Customer Support.
2. A customer support agent will do troubleshooting to see if the product is defective. If it is, then this information is required:
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, e-mail)
• Proof of purchase
3. You’ll be provided with a RA number and shipping information. Please be sure to write this down.
4. Package product securely. Include your contact information and RA number inside the package.
5. Send the product to the RA fulfillment address given by Customer Support. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Customers are responsible for the freight charges to CherryMax. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information. CherryMax is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

To aid in the effort to ‘keep it local’ CherryMax will cover the cost of shipping (ground) warranty replacement parts to you or your authorized Hammerhead dealer.  Expedited shipping is available at extra cost.
